Pineau marries the natural harmony of cognac and fresh grape juice. Only the extracts of unfermented grapes richest in sugar and fruit are used.
Our property produces 4 different qualities including one vintage (Pineau 2000) :

P I N E A U		WHITE PINEAU Made from a blend of 4 grapes (Ugni Blanc-Sémillon-Montils-Colombard), our pineau is aged for a minimum of 5 years in oak. Amber in colour, slightly drier than our other qualities but very refined, this is a must amongst your aperitifs. RED PINEAU
		By a process of maceration we obtain a product perfumed with cherry, raspberry, blackcurrant and other fuits Plum in colour, it leaves a pleasing slightly sweet taste on the palate. OLD WHITE PINEAU This very pure quality pineau has aged undisturbed in oak barrels for a minimum of 15 years The taste is of hazel nuts with a hint of Madeira, the colour is old gold, it is equally delightful as an aperitif or with a dessert.

Our wines are distilled in alembics in order to obtain quality eaux de vie which are then aged in our chais.

This is how the cognac acquires its taste, colour and quality to become the prestigious drink we know.
It will remain forever the symbol of tradition and good taste.

All our cognacs are produced on our family property and are blended from several different vintages.
